Wireline services make up the majority of the coverage among the population with 94.1 percent. The state also has 100 percent mobile broadband coverage. Similar to that is the fixed wireless service that enjoys a high coverage of 86.6 percent of the population.While looking at broadband, the 25 Mbps wired broadband has the most coverage among Texans. This is followed by 100 Mbps broadband having a overage of 53.7 percent. One unique aspect of Texas is that it has 13.9 percent coverage of one-gigabit broadband, which is far ahead of most other states. Fiber optic has the least coverage in the stat with only 12.1 percent.
